Position Summary

Pro Movers of Cape Coral is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the sales department. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping customers.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain customer relationships.
• Generate new business opportunities by developing new leads and prospecting for new business opportunities.
• Prospect potential customers by planning and executing on sales strategies.
• Act as a liaison between customers and Pro Movers of Cape Coral.
• Develop, maintain, and expand clientele base by contacting existing clients to determine needs, obtain referrals, and generate new business.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Accurately handle all aspects of the sales process, including: cold calling, Internet lead generation, in person lead generation, and other activities to generate new business.
• Provide customer service to current customers to maintain relationships and build loyalty.
• Set or manage sales goals for each department; ensure that goals are met on a regular basis; and report on sales results regularly.
• Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate has:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position with similar customers or with similar products and or services.
• Computer literacy; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; proficient with CRM software.
